A history of quality, innovation and passion spanning over 50 years

How can one summarise over half a century of work, research and transformation in just a few words?
It all began in 1969 in Gattico, thanks to the intuition and commitment of the founder Filiberto Farioli. In an Italy undergoing rapid economic development, Sogega was founded: a company specialising in the production of PVC profiles. PVC profiles for roller shutters, cladding, skirting boards and folding doors; a dynamic company, capable from the very beginning of immediately combining technical skills with flexibility in production and attention to the market.

With the passing of the years, production evolved and experience in profiles gave rise to an interest in a more complex field: flooring and floor coverings in PVC. Thanks to processes that are increasingly more advanced in extrusion and co-extrusion, Sogega develops solutions with high performance, designed to last a long time even in high-traffic environments.

The 1990s saw one of the most important turning points: the introduction of self-laying flooring, an innovative concept that anticipated the need for practicality and versatility that is increasingly in demand today, both in residential and professional settings.

With the dawn of the 2000s, Sogega looked beyond the borders of Italy, bringing its products to the international market. The evolution is not only productive, but also ethical: a new environmental awareness is emerging that leads to concrete choices, such as the installation of solar panels for energy self-sufficiency and the adoption of systems for the recovery and the reuse of water.

In recent years, our commitment to sustainability has become central to our business, and our production has begun to use more and more secondary raw materials sourced from selected plastic waste and regenerated scraps.

This approach enabled us to obtain the ‘Plastica Seconda Vita’ (Second Life Plastic) eco-label in 2023, an important certification that recognises our commitment to promoting recycled materials, reducing environmental impact and promoting a circular economy.

Today, Sogega is a solid company, constantly evolving, capable of combining tradition and innovation. We work every day to offer flooring in PVC that is resistant, practical and increasingly more sustainable, suitable for meeting the needs of private individuals, professionals, retailers and designers.
