With a 1.0 mm IXPE acoustic pad incorporated for reduced sound transmission and a soft, comfortable step, and a surface polyurethane protection, it has excellent dimensional stability.

An SPC floor is waterproof and resistant to water, but is vulnerable to moisture from the substrates. In the presence of substrates affected by rising damp, installation can only take place after the support has been waterproofed.
